Description

Tank equiped with a surface scraper and high speed mixer.  The double jacket allows the heating or cooling of product and a vaccum pump can be started for evaporation process or powder incorporation.


Application(s)
Mixing, dispersing particles of emulsions, de-aeration, direct or indirect heating, pasteurization batch cooling.  Several configurations are possible depending on the desired degree of shear.
