Rates

External users

External users will be charged a fee for the use of any of the production areas in the FTL (May 1st 2026 to april 30th 2027):

370 $ for half day (8 :00-12 :00 or 13 :00-17 :00)
595 $/day (day of 8 hours)
1 475 $/week
29 510 $/year (5 days/week)
 

Fee for technical support:

$135 /hour; this fee is multiplaced by the number of technical ressources.

QST and GST over and above
Equipment may be rented by the hour, in accordance with certain terms.
External users must provide proof of liability insurance.
Cold-room storage space may be rented.
