Description

The ham churn is a vessel of the form of a drum provided with partitions within allowing uniform massaging pieces of meat. The vessel is under vacuum providing good tightness during the process, opens up the space between the meat fibers to allow the brine to penetrates more easily, significantly improving product quality and reducing the processing time.
