Description

The VPMC mixer is designed to carry out mixing and emulsion experiments at controlled temperatures. The possible applications of this instrument are very diverse. Indeed, it can be used in emulsion processes such as mayonnaise, fermentation processes such as yogurt, thermal processes such as hydrolysis or batch pasteurization.
