Description

The deboner is an all stainless steel, mechanically regulated, self-feeding processor. It can be used for poultry, red meat, seafood, gristle, fats and skins. Presized meat and bone are conveyed by the feed screw into the screw housing where it is forced onto the head adaptor. There the product is picked up and carried by the auger until it accumulates at the ring valve. Internal pressure increases whit the accumulation of material which causes the meat fraction of the product to pass through the perforated chamber in the auger housing. The bone is then carried and discharged through the auger ports and ring valve.
