Description

The ham churn consists of a vessel in the form of a drum provided with partitions within the enabling uniform massaging pieces of meat. The air in vessel is evacuated before churning ensuring good seal during the process, greatly improving product quality and reducing processing time. The vessel is mounted on rollers which rotate at a rotational speed of from 7 to 8 revolutions / minute. Finally, a stopwatch with a cycle of 60 minutes starts and stops churning.
