Description

The vacuum deaeration is used to remove dissolved air and air bubbles finely dispersed in a liquid, viscous or paste; chemical degradation such as oxidation are minimized. Fluid flows into the device in the form of fine droplets, the pressure drop created by the vacuum produced a brief boiling product, thereby eliminating the dissolved gas through the vacuum pump. Thereafter, the product is pumped out of the apparatus with an eccentric screw pump.

Application(s)

Viscous or non-liquid, paste.
