Description
This method of cold-drying removes water from the product by sublimation and desorption. The freeze dryer has a drying chamber where the temperature is controlled shelves, a condenser and a vacuum pump that reduces the pressure in the drying chamber and condenser to facilitate the drying of the product.

Drying of solids or liquids without solvent other than water.
