Description

The operator forces the pieces of meat into roast funnel evenly and pushes to eliminate the air between the pieces of meat. They assemble and fit in the shape of a football and then enter into a net that promotes cohesion during cooking.
The funnel is flexible for adjustment of its diameter with a handle clasp for easy installation of the thread. Two adjustable brackets allow to lift the unit horizontally on a trolley.
