Description

A heating/cooling tank consists of a double-walled cylindrical vessel, where steam, hot water or cold water is circulated to heat or cool the product. The heating can be controlled automatically by installing a steam controller between the pelvis and the steam supply, otherwise the user to manually open or close the valve to adjust the temperature.

Applications

Pasteurization in batch, manufacturing of cheese, powder dissolution, enzymatic hydrolysis.
