Description

The food placed in a mortar with a pestle (with spring) is reduced to fine particles by the combination of two mechanisms: the pressure and friction. This device is designed to grind and mix the products of fine particles of a few microns. The products concerned are hard or soft, wet or dry.

Application(s)
